<code>[fromWeek, fromDay, fromHour, fromMinute, target, value, toWeek, toDay, toHour, toMinute]</code>. <code>value</code> (col6) is the '''sound-effect id''' (stored <code>−1</code> → 0-based). The entry keeps <code>from</code> (cols 1–4) + target + SE id; the <code>to</code> copy (cols 7–10) isn't passed into the runtime entry — rows use <code>from == to</code>, i.e. a point-in-time SE trigger rather than a window.

Example: <code>14,1,22,30,44,38,14,1,22,30</code> → at week 14, day 1, 22:30, zone 43, play SE 37.
