The most fiercest monster among the monsters made for guarding the anctent Raynegard facilities. As the name Flare signifies, he has an internal Flare furnace blowing unbearable Flare for normal people. He is stationed with many others in the center the relic waiting forinvaders.

At the end of ancient Raynegard, fed-up researchers completed the strongest weaponand planned to occupy fortresses of their enemy at once. So they created a man-made monster called Charvnei, with as 8 times Flare furnace as usual. He had never been used in the real battles though.
