textdata.ver (19 bytes) is the version stamp for the BIN textdata archive.

Format

Single line: VER.text010329_01 — date-coded 2001-03-29.

Role

Packer metadata only. No reference in rg.exe — the running client never reads it; it exists purely as a build-tool version tag alongside textlist.dat.
